We are seeking a Development Lead who will own end-to-end product development, lead agile Value Stream to deliver scalable solutions, and elevate team capability through hands-on mentorship and architectural excellence. As part of Goelett’s two-in-a-box model. The Development Lead works hand-in-hand with a Product Manager, sharing end-to-end ownership for delivery, KPIs, and team outcomes.
System Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced System Analyst to help design and deliver scalable software solutions in a complex environment. You will work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, QA, and external partners, translating business needs into clear requirements and ensuring successful delivery of new features.
The role requires strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand complex systems and integrations. Experience in the travel industry or airline distribution is a plus, but not a requirement.
