Head of Development

Goelett is entering an exciting new phase of transformation as we build the central Product and Technology Hub for the S4BT Group. As part of this journey, we are redefining how product and engineering work together under one unified Product House and Value Stream framework.

The following leadership roles form the cornerstone of this transformation. They represent our commitment to stability through change, clarity of purpose, and a culture built around the right people in the right setup.

Work model: hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote / weekly)

UoP: 15 000 – 17 500 PLN gross/monthly

What you will be doing

  • Own the product vision and guide the development of the product to continuously improve product-market fit
  • Work in a 2-in-the-box setup following Amazon’s
Working Backwards principle
  • In close collaboration with the Development Leader, define the value stream, goals, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impact
  • Co-own and manage the value stream’s operational plan (roadmap, priorities, outcomes)
  • Drive reliable and timely delivery by clear prioritization, backlog ownership, and outcome-driven decision making
  • Identify opportunities and risks arising from market changes, customer behavior, client needs, local regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear product requirements: user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus
  • Drive UX decisions in collaboration with design and engineering to ensure intuitive and usable solutions
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or extensions
  • Work closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and release phases
  • Actively contribute to building strong product and engineering practices by sharing knowledge and applying best practices
  • Represent the product internally (knowledge sharing, alignment) and externally (pre-sales support, product marketing input)

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in travel industry is a plus
  • Experience in agile product development environment
  • 5+ years of relevant product management/design, subject matter expert or business / system analysis work experience
  • Team management experience
  • Degree
  • Working skills in requirements, processes, business analysis
  • Good communications skills (English B2+)

Office Coordinator

At Goelett, we are an extraordinary mix of travel industry experts, product, and software engineers, developing a successful online booking tool for corporations and large organizations. Today, as a part of the sector leader S4BT Group, we support 500k+ business users making thousands of bookings a day.

In an Office Coordinator role, you will impact our organizational effectiveness, efficiency, safety and creative atmosphere in the Goelett office. It is always about people!

We are looking for maternity leave cover – part-time job.

Work model: 4 days in the office + 1 remote

Your Responsibilities:

As an Office Coordinator you will focus on:

  • Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Register and store company contracts management system
  • Taking care of purchase invoices’ flow
  • Driving collaborative and open office culture
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies inventory
  • Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
  • Ensuring office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems
  • Being a contact person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, group catering services etc.
  • Managing conference rooms booking tool as well as conference rooms conditions
  • Taking care of office image and esthetics

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the similar role
  • Ability to take decisions quickly and accurately
  • Strong multitasking and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Scrupulousness and engagement
  • Positive approach to the problems and solving them
  • Communicative, creative and high propriety
  • Reliability, professionalism, positive energy and smile
