Company name added to cancellation email for TMC recipients

This update modifies the cancellation email sent to TMC recipients to provide clearer company information. The subject line is simplified, and the traveler’s company name and code are added to the email body.
  • The subject line of cancellation emails sent to TMC recipients is now: “Reservation [Reservation Number] (trip [Trip ID]) has been cancelled.” (e.g., “Reservation UIE5WH (trip CNYT1NBX) has been cancelled.”)
  • The email body now includes the traveler’s company name and code, displayed as: “Traveller’s company: [Company Name] ([Company Code])” below the traveler’s name information.

Hidden traveler analytical fields

We are introducing a new attribute, “IsHidden,” for traveler analytical field definitions, allowing administrators to control the visibility of specific fields. This enhancement enables the collection of sensitive or internal data without displaying it to end-users in standard views, streamlining the user interface and maintaining data privacy.
  • A new “IsHidden” attribute has been added to the traveler analytical field definition.
  • When “IsHidden” is set to “true,” the field will not be displayed in the following views:
    • Cart view
    • Offline requests view (both old and new)
  • The following features remain unaffected by the “IsHidden” setting:
    • User import
    • User export
    • API endpoints (Goelett API and SBT API)
    • PNR remarks
  • Hidden fields are copied from the traveler profile to trips and offline requests during creation.
  • Required hidden fields are validated on the backend during trip booking or offline request submission

Best Price indicator highlighted in approval notification email

This update enhances the approval notification email by visually highlighting the “Best Price” indicator. This improvement provides approvers with clearer and more immediate visibility of cost-effective travel options, facilitating faster and more informed approval decisions

Improved Privacy Controls for Personal Data Export

To enhance data privacy, we have implemented stricter controls for user data exports. When exporting user information, private personal data (including date of birth, identity document numbers, and personal addresses) will now be masked for users who lack the necessary permissions. Specifically, users without privilege enabling accessing users’ private personal data (CanAccessUsersPrivatePersonalData) will receive exports with these fields left empty, and the corresponding column headers will be prefixed with ‘No_access_’. Additionally, the export process has been redesigned to provide the output file immediately, eliminating queueing and caching

Enhanced Itinerary/E-ticket Handling for Approvers and Arrangers with Amadeus CSX Integration

This update ensures that the “Itinerary/e-ticket field” setting for approvers and arrangers is correctly synchronized between Goelett and Umbrella Faces, preventing unintended email address masking in Amadeus.
  • For companies using the Amadeus CSX interface, the “Itinerary/e-ticket field” setting, which controls the sending of itineraries and e-tickets, is now properly handled for approvers and arrangers.
  • Previously, this setting was being cleared during synchronization, leading to issues with email delivery in Amadeus.
  • This fix resolves a critical issue where Amadeus was encrypting arranger email addresses when the “Itinerary/e-ticket field” was incorrectly set, preventing them from receiving essential travel documents.

Enhanced Hotel Program Card Clarity for TMC with Umbrella Faces integration

This update significantly enhances how hotel program cards are managed between Goelett and Umbrella Faces, ensuring data accuracy and streamlining workflows. It eliminates the risk of unintentional data overwrites, allowing for more flexible and reliable handling of loyalty programs across different hotel chains.


Hotel chain data is now clearly displayed and protected within Goelett, preventing accidental changes to loyalty program information in Umbrella Faces. When viewing hotel program cards in Goelett for companies with active Umbrella Faces synchronization, users will now see a non-editable ‘Hotel chain’ field displaying the relevant hotel chain code (e.g., HH, HY, MC). The system now correctly handles situations where multiple hotel chains map to a single loyalty card type in Goelett, or when a Goelett loyalty program corresponds to multiple hotel chains in Umbrella Faces.


This improvement supports scenarios where Umbrella Faces and Goelett manage hotel programs differently, ensuring that data synchronization is both accurate and efficient.

Improved ESTA/REDRESS Document Integration in Umbrella Faces integration

We have addressed an issue where ESTA and Redress documents were not being correctly mapped between Goelett and Umbrella Faces. Previously, data entered through the Reed & Mackay Portal resulted in these documents being incorrectly classified as ‘Visa’ in Goelett. The integration now recognizes the ‘Redress’ and ‘ESTA’ keywords, ensuring proper mapping and synchronization.

Extra luggage purchase for NDCx

Users can buy additional luggage along with NDCx tickets. The additional cost is added to the total trip price. Depending on a carrier users may have different luggage options offered.​

Enhanced PNR Editor with Improved Data Tracking and Reporting

This update enhances the PNR Editor to provide more comprehensive data for better tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency. These additions empower TMCs to gain deeper insights and streamline their workflows.
Improved CO2 emission tracking:
  • TMCs can now easily record CO2 emission details within the PNR, enabling better sustainability reporting and analysis of travel impact.
Enhanced rail booking information:
  • The PNR editor now captures the specific rail operator (e.g., Trenitalia, Renfe) for rail bookings, providing clearer and more detailed booking information for operational teams. This allows for better tracking of bookings provided by various rail companies.
  • The PNR editor now automatically identifies auto-accepted rail bookings, reducing manual processing and improving operational efficiency.
Simplified fare price breakdown:
  • TMCs can now access the fare price excluding tax, enabling easier and more accurate financial reporting and back-office system integration. This allows for better financial breakdowns.

Simplified Markup and Fee Management for TMCs and Companies

This update streamlines the management of markups and fees for Travel Management Companies and their associated client companies. Previously, TMCs had to manually enable markup and fee inheritance for each client account. Now, this process is automated, saving time and reducing administrative overhead.
