We’ve made several fixes for Trainline that will streamline the ticket buying process, including:
– for seat map – missing French translations,
– enabling modifications on an not confirmed trip that previously caused an error,
– we have removed the bug of displaying Trainline name for those clients who did not have offers from this carrier.
In this update, we’ve focused on refining the synchronization process for loyalty cards of transportation providers. Some loyalty cards were either missing or card types were incorrectly synchronized with GDS, leading to inconsistencies between online and offline services. We’ve successfully addressed these issues by ensuring that all loyalty cards are added and now accurately synchronized. That includes cards for: SIXT Loyalty card, Turkish Airlines, Remi Liberte for PAO, Grand Est Card and Liberito Cards for SNFC. Additionally, we’ve resolved a bug related to the predefined EasyJet card for combined trips that was causing disruptions in the application of other car loyalty cards.
We made a substantial update to our location database. This update specifically targets incorrect or missing entries for air, rail, and car stations. By rectifying these issues that were previously causing challenges in displaying offers or lack of them, we’ve significantly improved search capabilities, allowed for an enriched global network display.
The user search in Associete Roles & Pools had limitations, displaying only 20 results and allowing search by name only, while deleting custom roles triggered multiple pop-ups.
We improved the user search functionality by expanding search options to include role names and increasing the number of displayed search results. Furthermore, we streamlined the role deletion process by eliminating the multiple pop-ups, replacing them with a single confirmation pop-up that provides clear information on role deletion and associated implications.
In this update, we have introduced an improved verification process to facilitate the transition from default password authentication mode to Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. The validation for SSOIDs has been enhanced during authentication mode update on company level, providing admins with a list of non-unique SSOIDs listed in a comprehensive bulk CSV file taking into account variables like business units. Users can now easily access and review a list of non-unique SSOIDs, making it simpler to identify and manage them efficiently.
In certain cases, when editing a guest’s information or modifying the GuestExpiration in the Configuration Tool or Personal Settings, the associated role’s ValidTo date was not being updated. As a result, travel arrangers were unable to locate active travellers within the system.
We have implemented enhancements to ensure that changes made to the GuestExpiration now correctly update the associated role’s ValidTo date. This resolves the issue and allows travel arrangers to easily find and manage active travellers in the system.
We have recently implemented a new limit of up to 6 corporate discount codes in the admin panel, in accordance with Amadeus requirements. This decision comes in response to the negative consequences of allowing more codes (up to 10) in the user interface. By restricting the number of codes, we aim to mitigate issues like negotiated rates not displaying to bookers, reduce unnecessary support cases, and minimize potential financial losses caused by refund requests from clients. We also adjust our OBT to the well known GDS limitations.
We have implemented an accesrail enhancement that enables travel combining rail and air mid-stops, such as TGV Air, in a single ticket. Passengers can now book train journeys with connecting flights as part of their air ticket. Additionally, we have included missing train and bus stations, along with stopovers, to mimic the air content, ensuring a consistent display for both rail and train content in cases of combined journeys.
Previously, the system restricted travelers to choose only one cabin class per trip, leading to limitations for routings without business class options. With our latest improvement, users can now mix different cabin classes in a single trip, providing them with more diverse and suitable travel choices.
The PNR Editor in Goelett has been enhanced to include a new value option called “Business Unit Code” in the Template element. This enhancement allows Goelett admins to easily add the “Business Unit Code” from the Company Structure to the templates. With this enhancement, admins can now include the “Business Unit Code” value in PNRs, providing important business unit information in a streamlined manner. Improves automatization process and replaces manual process.
