Differentiated Accor loyalty cards now supported

Users can now differentiate between Accor – ALL Plus VOYAGEUR and Accor – ALL Plus IBIS cards when applying hotel loyalty discounts. Previously, a single card label Accor – ALL Plus created confusion and incorrect rate applications, especially when travelers held an IBIS-only card and booked outside eligible brands.

With this update, each card is correctly mapped to its respective hotel brands:

  • ALL Plus IBIS applies only to Ibis, Ibis Budget, and Ibis Styles
  • ALL Plus VOYAGEUR applies to all Accor group hotels

This ensures loyalty rates are only shown where valid, reducing user frustration and improving rate accuracy for corporate travelers.

Improved messaging for blocked hotel bookings

When a hotel booking cannot proceed due to provider-side issues, users now see a clearer error message explaining the situation and recommending next steps. If other segments in the trip have already been confirmed, an additional warning highlights potential cancellation costs and advises skipping the hotel segment. This improvement aims to reduce confusion, avoid unnecessary cancellations, and support smoother multi-segment bookings.

New native rail search in mobile app

A new native card layout has been implemented for rail search in the mobile app, streamlining the booking experience in on-the-go conditions.
