NDC Access Credentials Management for TMCs

With this new feature, TMC administrators can  manage multiple carriers’ NDC access credentials within the same subbranch. This eliminates the need for TMCs with multiple NDC access credentials to rely on Travelfusion’s single-credential support, streamlining their booking process. TMC administrators can store NDC access credentials in the Transport Providers config. Additionally, they can select the carrier name (saved as supplier name) from a dropdown list and send the credential information in StartRoutingRQ. This enhanced flexibility and reduced manual effort for TMC administrators, making NDC access management more efficient.

New Notification Email Template for Post-Ticketing Air Booking Changes

We have introduced a new notification feature to keep approvers informed about booking changes that occur after ticketing. This enhancement ensures that approvers are aware of any potential cost implications arising from booking modifications.

A dedicated notification tab, “After Ticketing Change,” is available in the Mailing Manager, where the options are the same as for the Booking Confirmation email template. Approvers will receive detailed information about the original and modified booking details, including price, class, dates, routing, carrier, and flight numbers.

Last-ticketing date synchronization for NDC Bookings

Travellers booking flights via Travelfusion can now view an estimated ticket issuance time, providing greater clarity on the timing of their travel arrangements.

New Approval Flow for Trainline Multi-Passenger Booking

Trainline multi-passenger booking approval process has been enhanced to provide a more streamlined and secure experience for both travellers and arrangers. With the new approach, which mimics the setup for hotel booking flow, only the main traveller’s approver can approve or reject services, ensuring that only authorized individuals can make decisions that affect all travellers.

Online post-ticketing cancellation improvement

With this latest enhancement to the Admin Panel, Admins have the capability to enable Online Ticket Cancellation (OTC) directly within the platform, as well as set a specific timeframe before departure within which the cancellation feature can be activated. Admins can now adjust this setting based on TMC unique operational needs and preferences.

[Travelfusion] Enabling booking management for TMC

With this improved integration with Travelfusion, we enabled TMCs to manage bookings made through Goelett directly from their Travelfusion IBE portal account. This enhancement eliminates the need for TMCs to switch between platforms, streamlining their booking management workflow. By sending an additional set of data, including agency name, IATA number, and business unit name, TMCs gain access to a comprehensive view of all Goelett bookings within their Travelfusion portal.

[Trainline] Hidden non-searchable stations in the search panel

We improved the station search and booking experience by addressing the issue of displaying non-searchable stations in the search dropdown. Previously, all added stations were displayed, regardless of their searchability status. This led to booking errors when selecting stations marked as non-searchable.

With this update, non-searchable stations are no longer displayed in the search dropdown, ensuring that users can only select stations that are valid for booking. Additionally, selecting “City (all stations)” will now enable booking, allowing users to book tickets without specifying a particular station.

[Trainline] Enabling Individual Ticket Cancellation for Multipax Trips

We introduced the ticket cancellation feature that provides flexibility for canceling individual tickets within multi-passenger trips. It allows Arrangers to cancel tickets separately for outbound and inbound journeys. This ensures that Arrangers can make changes on a more individualized level, catering to specific passenger requirements without affecting the entire group booking.

Multiple BENE API Accounts for Enhanced Customization

With this update, Goelett platform now enables the configuration of multiple BENE API accounts at the company/business unit level. This advancement eliminates the previous limitation of a single API credential set, offering greater flexibility and customization options. 

Dedicated Queue for GDS Modifications

To enhance efficiency and simplify modification tracking, a dedicated Modification queue has been introduced for all GDS modifications within the General queues section. This dedicated queue empowers TMCs to seamlessly track all booking modifications, enabling prompt adjustments to invoices and reporting as needed. As a result of this feature, TMCs can enjoy enhanced control over booking modifications and maintain accurate records.
