Carbon Footprint Transparency: Precise Emissions Data

Now, when user will hover over each service on the CO2 widget, he/she will see the exact emissions values associated with that particular service.

This detailed breakdown of emissions provides users with a deeper understanding of the environmental impact of their travel choices.

Included Analytical Fields in Email Template in case of Draft sharing flow

To provide arrangers with more comprehensive information about drafts, we’ve enhanced the Draft Send to Arranger flow by incorporating analytical fields into the email template. This integration adds valuable insights, allowing arrangers to make informed decisions regarding draft further booking.

Missing French Translations Related to Sustainability

We have added missing translation to the French interface:

Sustainability  – Développement durable
Information about carbon footprint – Information sur l’empreinte carbone
Calculated from xxx –  Calcul depuis xxx
Yearly budget – Budget annuel
Emission – émission

Searching Roles by “right” for Admin

We have introduced a new feature that empowers administrators to search for roles based on their associated rights.

With this new search option, administrators can effortlessly identify roles that possess specific rights by simply entering the role name or right name in the search bar. The system will then display a list of matching roles, along with a count indicating the total number of roles filtered and the overall number of roles in the company.

Display Masked VCC on Hotel Vouchers

To address concerns regarding payment information on vouchers (PDF version), we have implemented a new feature that provides limited visibility into payment details, ensuring transparency while maintaining security. The “Payment details” section now appears on vouchers, showcasing a masked Virtual Credit Card (VCC) number and a credit card image.

For reservations covered by Goelett’s VCC, the masked VCC number and the text “Payment is covered by Goelett. In case of any issues, please contact Support” are displayed. Reservations covered by the provider or made via Payments-on-the-spot (POTS) do not display the “Payment details” section.

This improvement enhances voucher transparency, addressing issues related to payments and ensuring that travellers have a clear understanding of their payment arrangements.

Urgent Communication of On-Spot Issues on Hotel Voucher

To address concerns related to travellers not reporting hotel on-spot issues, we made an update to the voucher’s Important Notes section. We replaced the phrase “please contact” with the more emphatic “the traveller should contact immediately.” This change aims to reinforce the importance of prompt communication regarding any on-site issues, empowering travellers to resolve problems promptly and avoid potential complications.
This modification should be implemented across all voucher versions, to ensure consistent communication and clarity for travellers.

Updated Access Support Details from Emails for Offline Reservations

We have enhanced the support communication process by providing direct access to support details from emails (offline reservation). When users receive confirmation vouchers via email, they will now have the option to view dedicated support contact information from the email itself.

Additionally, admins can now provide two support email addresses or two phone numbers, allowing travellers to choose their preferred method of communication. By providing support details within the confirmation voucher email, we aim to streamline the support communication process, making it more convenient for users to seek assistance when needed.

Smooth Hotel Blacklist Import Process

We have addressed an issue that prevented the smooth import of blacklisted suppliers for hotels from CSV files. This issue has been resolved, allowing admins to seamlessly import blacklist data for hotel suppliers without encountering errors.

Added Credit Card as a Payment Option for NDCx Bookings

We have enabled users to select a credit card as a preferred payment method for NDCx flights operated by Amadeus. This new option empowers users to streamline their booking process and avoid the need to re-enter their payment information each time they book an NDCx flight.

To conveniently set a credit card as form of payment for NDCx bookings, users can simply navigate to the Payment Methods tab within the booking flow. Once a credit card is selected, it will be automatically applied to subsequent NDCx bookings, ensuring a seamless and efficient checkout experience.

Enabled Service Cancellation in the Mobile View

Expanding the scope of mobile cancellation options, we’re now enabling cancellation for a wider range of services directly from the Goelett mobile app. This eliminates the need to switch between devices for booking management. Cancellation is now available for Trainline, Sabre, Amadeus, and Bene services. Pre-ticketing cancellations are now possible for all services, regardless of the provider. This streamlined approach empowers users to manage their travel arrangements from their mobile devices, enhancing convenience and satisfaction.
