Fixed Error Messaging for Duplicate Travelfusion Bookings

We have improved the booking process within Goelett by addressing a crucial feedback regarding the TravelFusion booking experience. Previously, users encountered unclear error messages when attempting to rebook trips they believed had not been successfully processed. This led to confusion and unnecessary attempts to book the same trip again. Our update now clearly displays an error message directly from TravelFusion, informing users that a trip has already been booked for the specified route, date, and time. This enhancement aims to avoid potential duplicate bookings and associated financial implications.

Air Carbon Emission Display Error Fixed

We recently encountered an issue where CO2 emissions information wasn’t displaying for some airlines on the flight details page. Clicking the cloud icon, intended to show this data, resulted in an error message instead. This issue has been identified and resolved.

Booking Error Resolved: Incorrect Phone Format

We identified and fixed a bug that caused booking errors during the finalization process. This issue arose due to an incorrect phone number (the system did not accept spaces in phone number format, leading to an error message). This issue have been addressed and does not impact the booking process.

Improved Cancellation Tracking in PNR

We updated our platform to distinguish between cancellations initiated by system errors versus those made by travellers in the PNR. This refinement ensures clearer visibility and understanding of the reasons behind each cancellation, facilitating better management and response strategies for both users and support teams.

Created separate blacklists for Hotel and Air

We have addressed an issue related to blacklisting management by changing the inheritance structure in the Config tool regarding blacklisted HOTEL and AIR suppliers.

Previously, all blacklisting decisions were inherited across all levels, making it difficult to manage specific blacklisting requests for hotels. With the new structure, blacklisting decisions can be made independently for AIR and HOTEL suppliers, enabling more granular control and efficient management.

Alert for Expired Deadlines for Approval

To enhance the workflow approval process, we have introduced an alert that informs users if any segments in the booking have deadlines that have passed. This ensures that users are aware of any potential issues before approving the booking and minimizes the risk of errors and disruptions to travellers’ itineraries.

Travel Policy FARE_CODE Rule

Introducing a new rule type specifically designed to control fare code usage within rail travel policies. This rule allows administrators to specify a list of permitted/forbidden fare codes and enforce specific criteria for their application.

[Company Trips] Searching Trips by Service Type and Status

To help users navigate through long lists of bookings we have added two additional filters. Now it is possible to select specific bookings statuses and service type.

[Company Trips] Quick Trip Code Copying

To streamline the process of accessing and copying trip codes, we made it more convenient and efficient for users. Now, when you click on the trip code on the Company Trips view, the code will automatically be copied to your clipboard.
