Send as PDF Button Updated on Hotel Voucher

This new feature enhances the user experience by dynamically controlling the
availability of the “Send as PDF” button in the trip cart. The button will now
automatically:
• Hide: When the voucher email template is disabled in the mailing manager
(including inherited settings from TMC).
• Show: When the voucher email template is enabled in the mailing manager.
This ensures the button is only available when a voucher email can be
generated, streamlining the workflow and preventing confusion.

Streamlining EABs with Fare Family Names in Sabre

When performing Enhanced Air Book (EAB) for air services using Sabre, we now
include the fare family’s brand name as additional data. This information
automatically populates the Passenger Quote (PQ) element within the PNR.
With the brand name readily available, TMC agents can easily identify the fare
family associated with the booking.

Adding Form of Payment to Sabre PNRs with LCC Passive Segments for Travelfusion

Previously when creating PNRs in Sabre for Travelfusion low-cost bookings with
passive segments it did not include the correct form of payment. Now, the
system automatically sends the right payment info to Sabre, eliminating
manual adjustments.

Multi-Passenger Booking on Travelfusion for LCC& NDC

We have introduced multi-passenger bookings for Travelfusion. This feature
allows arrangers to make bookings for multiple passengers simultaneously,
encompassing both LCC and NDC content.

Limitations for NDC: Carriers create one single PNR on their side. If passive
segment creation in GDS is enabled, Goelett will create a PNR per passenger.

Note: Only one payment method is supported – the one set for the main
traveler. Therefore, it is important for the arranger to verify if everyone has the
same payment method selected. Otherwise, an error message will be displayed
on the pop-up with options to try again, skip a segment, or cancel.

Delayed Ticketing Enabled for Travelfusion NDC

This update introduces Delayed Ticketing for Travelfusion NDC reservations.
This functionality simplifies travel planning by automatically holding reserved
flight itineraries for a specified timeframe.

Note: Not all fares qualify for delayed ticketing. Some fares, based on factors
like advance purchase rules, may have shorter ticketing windows that cannot
accommodate this delay.

How it Works:
1. Reserve a flight itinerary through Travelfusion NDC.
2. The system automatically holds the reservation for a designated period.
3. Confirm travel plans within the delay window to trigger automatic ticket
issuance.
4. If cancellation is required, simply cancel the reservation before the delay
period ends to avoid ticket issuance.

Simplified Ticket Exchange Management for TMC Admins

We have introduced a new feature that empowers TMC admins with centralized
control over post-ticketing modification functionalities. Admins can now easily
enable or disable ticket exchange for GDS directly from the Admin Panel.
Previously, enabling and disabling Sabre or Amadeus ticket exchange option
was hidden behind feature flags and managed by the Product outside of
Goelett admin panel.

Note: By default this option will be disabled for all accounts except for those
that already have it enabled.

Improved Multi-Passenger Cancellation Experience for Deutsche Bahn

We have enhanced the cancellation process for multi-passenger bookings with
Deutsche Bahn offers. Due to the carrier’s limitation users cannot cancel a
single passenger’s segment within such bookings. Now, a clear message
informs users that canceling a segment impacts all passengers, and check
boxes automatically reflect this for one-way trips where applicable.

Inconsistent Approval Status in the Trip History Fixed

We have identified a discrepancy between the approval status of certain
bookings. While the trip history displays these bookings as approved, their
current view continues to reflect a “pending approval” status. This issue have
been identified and fixed in the user interface.

ITA Airways Loyalty Program Name Update

We identified an issue where the ITA Airways loyalty program name was
incorrectly displayed as “Mille Miglia” in certain areas of the application. This
has now been fixed, and the program name will be accurately reflected as
“Volare” going forward.

Error While Booking SNCF Tickets with Military ID Fixed

Previously, an error (code 66) occurred when booking SNCF tickets with valid
military ID cards in EDA client profiles. This issue has been fixed. The system
incorrectly processed bookings using military fares, even though the ID cards
were valid. Military personnel can now book SNCF tickets using their IDs within
the tool.
