Improved Mixed Carrier Rail Trip with Trainline

We have introduced the ability to book multiple inventories from Trainline within a single itinerary. Now users can search and book across different train carriers, combining options from Deutsche Bahn, SNCF/Thalys, and other carriers into a single journey. Previously, searching for mixed carrier journeys presented separate fare options, limiting the ability to create combined itineraries.

Enhanced EMD Functionality for Sabre Ticket Exchanges

To accelerate the ticket exchange process, we’ve automated Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) generation for Sabre tickets. When exchanging tickets, the system now automatically creates EMDs for penalty fees and residual value refunds, improving efficiency and accuracy. This eliminates the need for manual EMD creation, reducing potential errors and streamlining the overall process.

Consolidated Train Carrier Names

To optimize travel policy management, we’ve consolidated duplicate train carrier names. This means that carriers with multiple entries, such as Eurostar, will now have a single, unified value. This change simplifies travel policy creation and maintenance, reducing the need for redundant rules.

Error Adding Passive Segment Solved

We have successfully resolved the PAO train booking issue that resulted in an automatic cancellation and the error message “Proxy error: Error adding passive segment.”

Air Ticket Modification with Delayed Ticketing Error Fixed

We have addressed an issue previously encountered during booking modifications involving delayed ticketing.

In-App User Feedback Feature

We’re excited to introduce a new in-app feedback feature that empowers users to share their thoughts and suggestions directly with us. By navigating to “Profile” and selecting “Give us feedback,” users can easily submit their comments and ideas. Thanks to this we can continuously improve our product and services, and make use of mobile app more user friendly.

To ensure a seamless feedback experience, we’ve implemented features like draft saving and offline support. Users can provide detailed feedback without interruptions, and their input is securely stored for review. The form supports text limit to 500 characters.

Enhanced Trip Overview with Canceled Segment Visibility

We have improved trip visibility by displaying fully canceled segments within the upcoming trip views. Users can now easily track the status of all trip components, including canceled segments, for better trip management.

This enhancement provides a clearer overview of travel plans, aiding in itinerary management and potential rebooking.

Approver List Icons Updated 

We have addressed a visual issue affecting the approver list. The question mark icons that were incorrectly displayed on certain cells have been replaced with appropriate icons, enhancing the overall user experience.

This update introduces a powerful new set of Goelett API endpoints, designed to revolutionize user management and data access:

Effortless Traveler Profile Creation:

automate traveler profile creation with our latest endpoint. This robust engine leverages data from created traveler requests to generate profiles seamlessly.

Enhanced User Search & Management:

Search for users by login or a combination of login and business unit code. Retrieve detailed user information including roles, business unit affiliation, and more.

Essential Reference Data on Demand:

Access dedicated endpoints for roles, pools, titles, authentication modes, and languages, empowering other applications with comprehensive user data. This update allows for streamlined workflows, simplified user management, and data enrichment.

Search by pool on Associate Roles & Pools

We’ve improved user search within Associate Roles & Pools. Now users can search by pool name, in addition to user or role name. Results are displayed in pages of 20 with a “Show More” button for easy navigation. A new counter helps to track the total number of users found.
