A bug preventing multipax after sales modifications, specifically cancellations, has been fixed for Trainline rail bookings. This ensures a smoother cancellation process for group bookings.
We’ve fixed a bug that prevented layover trains from appearing in combined air and rail searches for the Lille-Marseille and Milan-Pisa routes. Travelers can now view and book these convenient options for a smoother journey.
We’re excited to announce the integration of Amadeus Air eXtension (AirX) into the Goelett platform. This powerful solution streamlines access to Low-Cost Carrier content, along with full-service and NDC content, all within a unified platform.
Key Benefits:
• Expanded Content:
Access a wider range of LCCs, full-service airlines, and NDC content through a single platform.
• Simplified Booking:
Provides more user-friendly booking experience with normalized content and rapid response times.
While AirX expands content access and streamlines bookings, some limitations include restricted merchandising options for certain LCCs, variable response times.
We’ve streamlined business travel planning by automatically adding events to the user’s calendar. Now, when a user books a trip, they will receive individual email notifications with “ICS” attachments for each segment of their journey (e.g., flights, hotels). These events seamlessly integrate with the Outlook calendar, ensuring you stay organized and never miss a beat.
Administrators can choose between two options in the Mailing Manager settings:
– All events in one email (default): This maintains the current behavior of sending all trip-related events in a single email.
– Separate email per event: Each trip segment will trigger a separate email with its own ICS attachment, allowing for automatic calendar integration.
How does it look?
We’ve fixed a bug that prevented layover trains from appearing in combined air and rail searches for the Lille-Marseille and Milan-Pisa routes. Travelers can now view and book these convenient options for a smoother journey.
We have replaced the incorrect link in Iberia check in email to one in French language.
We’ve expanded the trip information available in the Upcoming and Past Trips tabs, providing a more comprehensive view of mobile app user’s travel plans:
This enhanced visibility is particularly useful in cases where there is an active booking, which still can be managed offline (e.g. the financial loss can be mitigated or the booked service can still be used). Additionally, Cancelled trips are now placed in a separate tab, as they have secondary priority compared to others.
We have improved our Give us feedback feature by adding a clearer explanation of the feedback we look for and how to report bugs.
We’ve addressed an issue where the Trip View component wasn’t displaying the most up-to-date information, particularly after cancellations. Users can now trust that the trip details shown are accurate and reflect any recent changes.
We have improved the look and feel of the user profile screen by introducing categories. We’ve also added the list of open-source libraries that is used by the app.
