To make managing bookings easier for self-bookers using the mobile app, we’ve updated the wording and layout of the “Old View” access point. Previously, users found it unclear how to cancel or modify their bookings from the app.
With this improvement:
- The button label has been changed from “Show old view” to “Modify / Cancel”
- The description text is: “Manage your trip here – modify or cancel if your booking conditions allow.”
By providing a clearer call to action, we aim to improve usability and reduce confusion around managing existing bookings directly from the mobile experience.
