Air contextual messages can now be configured using continents as a condition, allowing administrators to display targeted messages based on broader geographic regions. This adds flexibility when managing global travel communications.
A new remark called TripCreationChannel has been added to the PNR Editor, indicating whether a booking was made via Desktop Web, Mobile Web, or Other.
This information improves visibility for operational teams and supports reporting and analysis of user behavior across platforms.
In response to multiple client requests, Goelett now supports using child fields within analytical field structures as triggers for approval workflows. Child-level values can now be selected as criteria for configuring approval rules. This provides greater flexibility and precision when designing approval flows based on analytical field hierarchies.
To improve usability, it is now possible to copy the content of analytical fields, such as “Project code,” directly from the booking interface when field is disabled or not editable. values can be copied from the following field types – Dictionary, Custom or CustomAndDictionary..
This small but impactful improvement was introduced based on user feedback and enhances data accuracy when reusing or referencing analytical codes in external systems.
We’ve enhanced the user export functionality to include CO₂ budget data, helping organizations track and manage sustainability goals more effectively. A new column “CO2 Yearly Budget” has been added to the user export file. This column will only appear if the “Enable CO₂ budget” checkbox is enabled in the Admin settings.
We’ve resigned from “Lost my phone” feature works to eliminate a potential security vulnerability related to two-factor authentication (2FA). The “Lost phone” button has been removed from the Verify 2FA login page. It has been replaced with the message: “If you lost your phone, please contact your administrator.” This prevents unauthorized 2FA resets in cases where a user’s email is compromised.
We’ve enhanced the way business-related errors are handled and displayed during SSO login in the STS (Security Token Service), making it easier for users and administrators to understand and troubleshoot access issues.
Previously, when a hotel search was performed but the booking deadline was too short to allow approval (in BAC mode), the hotel segment was not added to the trip cart – without clear explanation.
To enhance clarity, we’ve updated the message displayed in such cases. Now, when the booking deadline has passed and validation is no longer possible, users will be informed with the informative pop up message.
To improve fare transparency and demonstrate savings, Goelett now supports displaying the public (non-discounted) rail fare alongside discounted fares for users with rail discount cards. This comparison allows travelers and TMCs to better understand the value of using negotiated or personal rail discounts.
What’s new:
Important considerations:
We’ve moved the power of CSV files creation directly based on Goelett setup. Now, administrators can design CSV parameters right in Goelett.
What’s new:
Note: Implementation is split to two parts: First with May release we will implement PAO ITP solution, and on the 2nd of June we will load Trainline to complete scope for Rail.
Users that already receive CSV’s will not need to perform any action, this only stands for any “new” client. Also to avoid any issues we will overwrite any settings made to the company that was using the functionality before this release.
