UPDATED DISPLAY OF SNCF OFFERS

To align with new SNCF requirements, we’ve enhanced the way rail offers are presented during the booking process, ensuring travellers receive clearer and more complete information. The cart now displays full details of the selected SNCF offer, including the rail operator name and the complete offer description in text form (no images required). These updates help travellers better understand their fare options and avoid confusion, especially when comparing multiple rail services.

IMPROVED SEAT MAP DISPLAY FOR FLEX FARE

We’ve adjusted the seat map to accurately reflect pricing for Flex fare bookings. Previously, free seats included in the Flex fare were incorrectly displayed as chargeable, causing confusion and support issues. The update ensures these seats are now either unmarked as chargeable or explicitly shown as €0.

This change eliminates ambiguity between fare-included and extra-cost seat selections, improving clarity for users, TMCs, and support teams.

UNIFIED “CARS” DEL&COL INFORMATION DISPLAY

To improve accuracy and reduce confusion for users booking cars using Delivery & Collection (DEL&COL), we’ve updated how the information is displayed in email confirmations and vouchers.

What’s changed?

  • Email confirmation: Now shows the DEL&COL information instead of the nearest rental station information. After the change the rental station is no longer displayed.
  • Booking voucher: Clearly displays the DEL&COL information, replacing any reference to the rental station.
  • Provider consistency: This improvement is applied across all supported providers, ensuring uniform communication regardless of the supplier.

These changes ensure that travellers receive accurate pickup and drop-off location details throughout their journey documentation, helping prevent confusion and ensuring a smoother car rental experience.

PNR IMPROVEMENTS

  • Missing RMs: We’ve resolved an issue that was causing some RMs to be incorrectly generated.
  • Broken Rules: We’ve fixed rules that were not working properly, which may have led to unexpected outcomes.
  • Incorrect Values: We’ve corrected incorrect values in various fields, eliminating errors and ensuring your data is always accurate.

RAIL IMPROVEMENTS

  • Improved Multipax Handling: We’ve streamlined cancellation and refund processes to ensure all passengers on a reservation receive their full refunds, eliminating issues with incomplete reimbursements.
  • Standardized Booking Statuses: We’ve ensured booking statuses are consistent between our system and external providers like Eurostar and Trainline. This resolves issues where bookings canceled in our tool weren’t correctly updated with our partners.
  • Better Booking and Cancellation Processes: We’ve fixed errors that prevented bookings from being finalized and improved ticket cancellation processes for flawless operation.
  • Fixed Ouigo Ticket Handling: We’ve resolved issues with ticket delivery for bookings that included Ouigo segments, ensuring tickets are now sent to customers without any problems.
  • Partial Refund Enhancements (PAO): A bug that incorrectly cancelled the entire reservation instead of just the selected segments has been fixed, allowing for accurate partial refund management.

HOTEL SUSTAINABILITY TAG RENAMED FOR CLARITY

To avoid confusion with internal company certifications, the hotel tag previously labelled “Certified” has been renamed to “Eco-certified” across all supported languages.

Additionally:

  • Tooltip text now reads: “Click for more details”;
  • A new icon has been introduced for visual clarity;
  • A pop-up annotation explains what eco-certification means, helping travelers make more informed, sustainability-conscious choices.

This change improves transparency and ensures that travellers clearly understand the label refers to independent environmental certifications, not internal company approvals.

IMPROVED VISIBILITY FOR TRIP MODIFICATION

To make managing bookings easier for self-bookers using the mobile app, we’ve updated the wording and layout of the “Old View” access point. Previously, users found it unclear how to cancel or modify their bookings from the app.
With this improvement:

  • The button label has been changed from “Show old view” to “Modify / Cancel”
  • The description text is: “Manage your trip here – modify or cancel if your booking conditions allow.”

By providing a clearer call to action, we aim to improve usability and reduce confusion around managing existing bookings directly from the mobile experience.

FIXED INCORRECT FLIGHT TIME DISPLAY IN SEGMENT DETAILS

We’ve resolved a bug where flight times were displayed incorrectly in the trip details component (Trip View), which expands under a trip to show individual segment information. This fix ensures that accurate departure and arrival times are shown for all flight segments, improving clarity for travellers reviewing their itinerary.
