Hotel Booking Nudge for Self-Bookers

To support a smoother travel experience, we’ve added a smart nudge for self-bookers: When a trip includes an overnight stay with only transportation services (no hotel), a “Need a hotel?” call-to-action now appears next to the trip summary on the “Bookings” widget in the main dashboard.
This subtle reminder encourages travelers to complete their booking by adding accommodation, helping avoid last-minute issues and ensuring all trip essentials are covered.

Contextual Messages Now Available in Personal Settings

We’ve extended contextual messaging capabilities to the Personal Settings section, providing users with timely, relevant guidance while completing their profile, similar to what’s already available in the Services section. 

Example messages that can be configured per section: 

  • Contacts: “Enter phone and email in the same box.”  
  • Travel Programs: “Rental card must be linked to a valid company contract.” 
  • Identity Documents: “Driving license is required for car rental bookings.”  

This improvement helps reduce input errors, streamline profile setup, and ensures all required information is entered correctly for travel bookings. 

Additional fare combinations for SABRE GDS air searches

A new configuration toggle is now available in the admin panel under: 

Core Management Transport Providers Configuration AIR Sabre 

When activated, this option triggers an additional fare search in Sabre, expanding the results to include mixed-class combinations, such as: 

  • Premium Economy + Business 
  • Business + Premium Economy 

This enhancement supports greater flexibility for travelers by offering more comfort-focused yet cost-efficient options, particularly on long-haul routes. It also complements the recent improvements to Sabre’s multileg functionality, where mixed-class bookings were first introduced.

Rail Related Bug Fixes and Improvements

We’ve addressed several issues to enhance stability and improve user experience within the RAIL area: 

 

  • Trainline – Issue with fare ILLICO LIBERTE TER card: Resolved an issue where the ILLICO LIBERTE TER Card was not offered. 
  • Trenitalia via BeneMoove: Fixed an unknown error reported for Trenitalia bookings via BeneMoove. 
  • Trainline: Corrected the issue of a missing rail station code for Zaragoza in Trainline. 
  • All stations review: Ensured that all stations are now correctly displayed in the RAIL module. 
  • Modification not confirmed: Fixed an issue where modifications were not being confirmed. 
  • No synchronisation following cancellation: Resolved the lack of synchronization after cancellation between Trainline and TS for “In Extenso” bookings. 
  • IC Trains – No fare conditions: Fixed the absence of fare conditions for IC Trains. 
  • Booking automatically cancelled but still confirm on SNCF side: Corrected the issue where bookings were automatically cancelled but remained confirmed on the SNCF side. 
  • Trainline / SNCF logo: Addressed an issue related to the Trainline / SNCF logo. 
  • Trainline – Synchro on Goelett after action on Trainline agent tool: Fixed a synchronization issue on Goelett after actions performed with the Trainline Agent Tool. 
  • Physidia – Improvement choice of seat: Implemented improvements for seat choice in Physidia rail bookings.

Enhanced validation for PNR Editor configuration

We’re excited to announce significant enhancements to the PNR Editor, making it much easier for administrators to configure remark rules. Our new real-time preview and validation feature streamlines the process, ensuring accuracy and saving time. 

Real-time remark preview & validation 

When configuring remarks, admins will now see a live preview of how the final PNR entry will appear in the GDS. The system will automatically detect issues, like missing templates or invalid logic, and pinpoint the exact part of the configuration that needs fixing. 

Key benefits: 

  • Live preview of PNR entries as you configure them. 
  • Detailed error messages that highlight the exact problem areas. 
  • Prevents misconfigurations from reaching production. 
  • Fully supported for both Amadeus and Sabre GDS. 

This feature significantly reduces the risk of errors and provides immediate, precise feedback with helpful guidance, such as template descriptions. 

New remark editor screen 

The redesigned interface offers improved clarity and functionality: 

Left side (Configuration): Here type, template, condition, and add-on action are listed for user remark, as well as its active status. The “validate” and “preview” buttons provide instant feedback. 

Right side (Help & Resources): This section includes searchable lists of available templates and conditions, along with embedded help to guide users through the configuration process.

Enhanced validation for PNR Editor configuration

We’ve addressed several issues to enhance stability and improve user experience:  

  • PNR Editor configuration validation: Resolved an issue allowing the use of Key and Display names from Dictionary in different PNR lines. 
  • Sabre add hotel passive segment to PNR Request: Fixed issue related to reprice and GetCodeTypes when adding an item with the same key. 
  • Symbols missing in Sabre PNR: Corrected an issue where symbols were missing in Sabre PNR entries. 
  • Bene move Eurostar – no carrier PNR: Rectified the problem of missing carrier PNR for Bene Move Eurostar bookings. 
  • PAO segment not replaced in PNR: Ensured that PAO segments are now correctly replaced in the PNR. 
  • TL segment modifications not saved to the correct PNR: Fixed an issue where segment modifications were not saving to the correct PNR. 
  • TravelFusion – Extra luggage not Included on total amount: Corrected the calculation issue where extra luggage was not included in the total amount for TravelFusion bookings. 
  • ITP_Seat incorrect on PNR: Fixed the display of incorrect ITP seat information on the PNR. 

Markup feature fixes

We’ve implemented several improvements and bug fixes related to the Markup feature to enhance its functionality and reliability: 

  • Issue with air booking markup applied on corpo customer fare: Resolved an issue where air booking markup was incorrectly applied on corporate customer fares. 
  • Unable to save fees after editing: Fixed a bug that prevented users from saving fees after editing them. 
  • Currency displayed when percentage charge type is chosen: Corrected the display issue where currency was shown when a percentage charge type was selected. 

Single click copying of trip codes in Mobile App

Travelers can now easily copy key booking identifiers – such as the Trip Code, PNR, and Trip Confirmation Number – directly from the booking summary view in the mobile app. 

This enhancement saves time and effort when generating a boarding card, reporting an issue via email or support form, especially for long or complex codes that are difficult to memorize.
