{"id":29942,"date":"2026-06-25T12:30:41","date_gmt":"2026-06-25T10:30:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dev.goelett.com\/?post_type=careers&#038;p=29942"},"modified":"2026-09-15T08:25:53","modified_gmt":"2026-09-15T06:25:53","slug":"head-of-development","status":"publish","type":"careers","link":"https:\/\/dev.goelett.com\/fr\/news-resources\/blog\/careers\/head-of-development\/","title":{"rendered":"Head of Development"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Work model<\/strong>:\u00a0hybrid (3 days in the office + 2 days remote \/ weekly)<\/p>\n<p><strong>UoP<\/strong>:\u00a015 000 \u2013 17 500 PLN gross\/monthly<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you will be doing<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the product vision and guide the development of the product to continuously improve product-market fit<\/li>\n<li>Work in a 2-in-the-box setup following Amazon\u2019s\u2028Working Backwards principle<\/li>\n<li>In close collaboration with the Development Leader, define the value stream, goals, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impact<\/li>\n<li>Co-own and manage the value stream\u2019s operational plan (roadmap, priorities, outcomes)<\/li>\n<li>Drive reliable and timely delivery by clear prioritization, backlog ownership, and outcome-driven decision making<\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities and risks arising from market changes, customer behavior, client needs, local regulations, and compliance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Translate business needs into clear product requirements: user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria<\/li>\n<li>Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity, alignment, and focus<\/li>\n<li>Drive UX decisions in collaboration with design and engineering to ensure intuitive and usable solutions<\/li>\n<li>Conduct market and competitive analysis to validate assumptions and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, or extensions<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with engineering, QA, and stakeholders throughout discovery, delivery, and release phases<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to building strong product and engineering practices by sharing knowledge and applying best practices<\/li>\n<li>Represent the product internally (knowledge sharing, alignment) and externally (pre-sales support, product marketing input)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we\u2019re looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in travel industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in agile product development environment<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of relevant product management\/design, subject matter expert or business \/ system analysis work experience<\/li>\n<li>Team management experience<\/li>\n<li>Degree<\/li>\n<li>Working skills in requirements, processes, business analysis<\/li>\n<li>Good communications skills (English B2+)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What we offer<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A truly global perspective\u00a0\u2013 develop your international mindset by collaborating daily with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds across the world.<\/li>\n<li>Real impact\u00a0\u2013 contribute to shaping the future of one of the most user-centric companies in the travel-tech industry.
